They offer a broad range of payment options, from bank transfers and debit/credit cards to mobile money and services like Google/Apple/Samsung Pay. But if you’re a brand new Skriller, it’s likely that you’re still getting the specifics figured out.
Because we’ve been there too, those of us at VolumeKings thought it was high time we created a “Skrill Payments 101” article to answer all of the questions we had back in the day.
Today’s Topics Include:

Skrill accepts prepaid Mastercard and Visa cards. They also offer their own prepaid card, which can be used to add or withdraw funds from your Skrill wallet. The Skrill prepaid Visa or Mastercard can be used anywhere that accepts Visa or Mastercard.
Depending on where you live, Skrill doesn’t accept Mastercard for payments. Additional causes for Skrill not accepting a Mastercard include:

You cannot fund Skrill with PayPal. Not only are they direct competitors, but each company uses entirely different processing methods, rendering the process both highly complicated and expensive for both companies.
You can circumvent this by transferring funds from PayPal to your bank account and then re-transferring those funds from the bank account to your Skrill wallet.
(But let’s be honest - that’s a lot of work. If you have the bank account already, it’s faster and easier to use than the roundabout method we just listed.)
You can link a debit card from most major card carriers to your Skrill wallet. The most commonly-accepted card carriers are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Maestro.
You can find the complete list in the section above titled “Which Cards Are Accepted by Skrill?”
