This is a difficult question to answer for one reason. Most similar services (P2P or e-money) will allow registered but unverified users to still send and receive money. Trastra, on the other hand, operates with crypto almost exclusively (though they technically do currency conversion, too).
The reason we say this is a difficult question to answer is that there is no limit. While you can theoretically upload funds without verifying, you’ll be unable to do anything with those funds until you’ve verified your account.
Essentially, the way this works is as follows:
Without step three, there’s no way for you to actually do anything with your money. To spend, receive, or send funds with Trastra, you need a verified account with either a crypto wallet or a Trastra card.
The short answer is that there is no limit on unverified Trastra accounts. The long answer is that while there are no limits, you can’t do anything that would make you meet a limit until verifying your account.
This varies depending on what you consider money. If you mean strictly fiat currency (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.), then the limit is a very strict €8,000 on your Trastra card. However, if you mean cryptocurrency, the answer is a bit different.
For cryptocurrency accounts, you can have a pretty hefty amount of value in your crypto wallet. Trastra sets the monthly limit for crypto purchases to €25,000, meaning you could theoretically have €300,000 in your crypto wallet in one year.
Ultimately, this all goes to say that Trastra’s max limits are pretty flexible. Fiat currency on your Trastra card is limited to €8,000, though crypto limits are far more forgiving.
